Barbara heads our Corporate and Brand Strategy and Crisis & Reputation Management practice. She leads crisis planning, risk assessments and issue discovery efforts, installs and mentors rapid response teams, and spearheads strategic risk communications. She also provides custom media training, executive coaching and media management. From a corporate and brand perspective, Barbara develops strategies and plans designed to drive value in areas that most impact success. These include differentiation, positioning and leadership strategies, resonant targeted awareness, strategic alignment, stakeholder relationship management and influencer outreach.
