At (a global fruit company), managed a project to package the best quality (fruit) in an atmosphere controlled tray which allowed the (fruit) to stay fresh twice as long as typical.  Assisted in the development of the breathable tray, the tray packaging equipment, and the (fruit) selection process in the tropical (fruit) fields.  Performed market studies and consumer taste tests and surveys.
